From Creative Vision to Creative Business
The StartUp Planet Creative Entrepreneurship Programme is designed for artists, designers, makers and other creative professionals who are ready to turn their ideas into a business or have recently launched their venture.
Building a successful creative business requires more than talent and great ideas. It takes structure, strategy and the confidence to transform your creativity into a sustainable business. Throughout five hands-on modules, you’ll develop practical entrepreneurial skills while working on your own business idea.
You’ll learn from experienced entrepreneurs and industry professionals, receive valuable feedback, connect with like-minded creatives and leave with a stronger business concept and a concrete action plan for your next steps.
About the Programme
The StartUp Planet Creative Entrepreneurship Programme is designed to help creative entrepreneurs build the skills, confidence and network needed to launch a sustainable business.
By joining the programme, you will:
- Turn your creative idea into a stronger business concept
- Learn the fundamentals of business development, pricing, marketing and sales
- Receive feedback and guidance from experienced entrepreneurs and mentors
- Connect with other creative entrepreneurs and expand your professional network
- Leave with a concrete action plan for the next stage of your entrepreneurial journey
Who is this programme for?
This programme is for creative professionals who are either developing a business idea or have recently started their entrepreneurial journey.
We encourage you to apply if you:
- Live in the City of Copenhagen (applicants from the surrounding area are welcome to apply, but priority is given to residents of Copenhagen)
- Work within the creative industries, such as design, art, fashion, architecture, crafts, music, photography, media or other creative fields
- Have a business idea you would like to explore or have recently launched your own creative business
- Are motivated to develop your entrepreneurial skills and become part of a supportive community
You don’t need a finished business plan before you apply. The programme is designed to help you shape your idea, test your assumptions and build a solid foundation for your business.
Practical Information
The programme runs over four weeks and consists of five modules, combining in-person sessions in Copenhagen with online workshops.
The programme concludes with a graduation event where participants celebrate their progress and present their ideas.
To participate, you’ll need access to a computer for the online sessions. The detailed schedule, including dates, times and locations, will be shared with all participants before the programme begins.
